Returns & Refunds Policy

At Qwietwv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixture purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as custom-made or final sale products, may be exempt from returns. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • All original parts, accessories, and manuals must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Items that have been installed or altered are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Custom-made or special-order lighting fixtures
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@qwietwv.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@qwietwv.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@qwietwv.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
